Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving them, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
The item is in the same condition as received.
The product is eligible for return (see non-returnable items below).
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days once we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.
Goods that cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons (e.g., Plates, Cups, unless sealed).
Goods that have been installed or assembled.
Goods that show signs of damage, misuse, or tampering.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
3. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
4. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for eligible products. To exchange an item:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return the product in its original packaging and unused condition.
You may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
5. Delivery Timeframes
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
Standard delivery: 0 – 2 business days across Kenya.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds for MPESA payments will be credited to the same MPESA number.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
